Tower Property Resources, LLC opened in 2002, as an extension of our Green Valley office, which has been in business since 1985. It now stands on its own as one of Tucson’s premier property management service companies.

Our portfolio currently includes approximately 300 apartment units, with a separate management staff from the single family homes. The cross reference between the two groups of managers and staff are often a benefit for fresh ideas, training and problem solving.

The apartment corporate management team includes Casey King and Edith Sorrell, both licensed real estate agents in the State of Arizona. Apartment complexes each have an onsite manager that answers to Casey and Edith.

Our property management software is Property Boss. It is a flexible system and generates standard and/or customized reports. Owners receive monthly reports on or about the 10th of each month.

In the single family Tucson arena, we manage approximately 100 homes, which are long term rentals (unfurnished, leases one year in length). In the Green Valley arena we manage approximatley 400 homes, which are a combination of long term and short term vacation units).

Our Tucson office is located at Shannon and River, which gives us easy access to all parts of town. Our portfolio extends to all areas of Tucson and surrounding communities from central to far north east, south and west. Our Green Valley office is located at the Green Valley mall next to the Green Valley association of realtors.

One of the biggest benefits Tower brings to the table is that we are single focused. Property management is our only source of income, we do not do sales. All of our time and effort is spent servicing our property management clients, tenants and vendors.

Tower is a privately held company, meaning all decisions can be made quickly and you have access to the owners of the company. The owners include two highly experienced business entrepreneurs, one is a CPA and former Dale Carnegie Instructor and one is an original founder of the Tucson office.
